Hiya Inc wanted their 10th birthday celebration to feel like them. Not a generic party in a hired room with a supermarket cake and some streamers - something that reflected their brand, their culture and a decade of building something brilliant.

They had their co-working space and outdoor area to work with. We had two weeks and a clear brief. That was enough.

The Transformation

We took their blank space and built their brand into every inch of it. From the moment guests arrived, it felt like Hiya Inc - not just a party that happened to be in their office.

A custom balloon arch set the scene as people walked in. Branded decor ran through the whole space - colour palette, signage, details that made it feel considered rather than thrown together. Two weeks from brief to event - balloon arch sourced, decor planned, custom cake ordered, cocktails curated, playlist built, space mapped out. All of it.
